I have wanted a Saucier for a long time, I could just never bring myself to spend the $90+ dollars for one. Then I stumbled across this pan. It cooks so well, I've replaced my normal 2 qt. sauce pan with it. Now I'm looking at the rest of the Millennium Clad Stainless Steel line. If they are anything like this you'll be seeing them in my kitchen soon.
