I have been using my skillet for a few weeks now and I love it. I use it to make my breakfast and it is just the right size for 2 or 3 eggs. Since it is dishwasher safe, it is very easy to clean. Although, I have found that since it isn't so large it is no problem at all to wash it by hand. It is definitely one of the best non-stick skillets I have ever owned. I plan on getting the 10" and 12" skillets to go with it.

For breakfast, lunch and dinner a non-stick fry pan is standard equipment. You'll enjoy the ease of clean up and the fat free cooking options of this stainless steel pan.Farberware's 8-inch nonstick skillet is a generous 2 inches deep, allowing you to cook soupy and sloppy foods without getting them all over the stovetop. Its construction--a stainless-steel layer surrounding a thick aluminum base--ensures even heat distribution and allows you to cook most everything on low-to-medium heat (high heat should only be used for boiling or reducing liquids). The skillet and handle are oven-safe up to 500 degrees, but you'll want to use a potholder because the handle will get hot. Go ahead and use metal utensils, but not sharp ones; minor scratches shouldn't affect the pan's performance. The skillet is dishwasher-safe, but periodically needs a stainless-steel cleaner to brighten up its shiny exterior. A large hole in the handle allows you to hang it from a pot rack, and it has a lifetime limited warranty. --Doree Armstrong
