Do not use this brush on food. It will leave the plastic bristles all over the food and will be dangerous to eat. I'm surprised the FDA and BBB would even allow this company to sell it.
I first used it to brush some egg over some calzones that I baked in the oven, and I could smell plastic burning when I put the calzones in the oven. I noticed it was the bristles from the brush and I had throw away all the calzones. Farberware should not only return my money, but they should also pay me for the food that they ruined with this brush...
