I love this pan. It's wide and deep, without being too rounded at the bottom like a wok. Before this pan, the food I cooked was always sloshing over the sides of lesser pans. It was a mess, I tell you! Now, with this Farberware 12-inch Deep Skillet, I can prepare traditionally non-pan-based dishes like curry, chili, soups and stews without fear of going "overboard." The flat bottom is also great for making omelets, giant pancakes, and quesadillas. It's also great for pan-frying tofu, you can fit so many slices in here at once. I loved it so much, I bought two.
