I have a set of 2 skillets from this collection that I have used for quite a while. It made me want the whole set and I have the tea kettle on my wish list. This is a terrific set. I've read some reviews and if you go by all the warnings with the pots and pans, you probably won't use them. You will have the same thing with other sets that aren't Paula Deen. I have a smooth surface stove top and nothing has fused to it and I constantly take hot pot off of the hot burner and put it on a cold one. If this has happened, the pot must have been on fire or something. If one person complains about something, even if it's not the fault of the pans, they put it in the warnings. You just have to use your common sense. Terrific sizes, especially the small 1 qt. pot. I just love the whole set and they are beautiful too.
